OrangeHire is a job portal that connects job seekers with employers. We provide tools for job discovery, application management, and hiring workflows.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant OrangeHire a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrangeHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
